LeaseCTRL² is a next-generation land management platform purpose-built for the mining sector, designed to deliver clarity, speed, and confidence in complex tenure environments.

Project Overview

TL Design Co. partnered with MaxGeo to reposition LeaseCTRL² as the progressive successor to its legacy desktop tool – elevating it into a cloud-first, globally scalable platform. Building on the client’s vision of control and clarity, we created a bold, modern identity that signals technical excellence while staying approachable to land managers and executives alike.

The refreshed brand introduces a sharper CTRL naming system, a confident visual language, and a colour palette that carefully balances legacy recognition with a cleaner, more contemporary finish. This structured approach ensures continuity with the original brand while clearly signalling a new era of usability and market positioning.

Deliverables included a full suite of branded assets; business cards, stationery, social media templates, website design (in collaboration with Websmith Studio), event banners, t-shirt designs, and an overarching visual language system. The result is a polished, professional identity that balances trust with disruption – enabling LeaseCTRL² to stand out in a conservative market while signalling its role as a future-focused leader in mining software.
